Mindfulness Walks are in addition to park admission! Admission can be paid separately online or at the Wonder Shoppe in the Welcome Center!
During this 45-minute guided mindfulness walk through the Wonder Gardens, you’ll be invited to tune in to your senses, breathe deeply, embrace the moment, and notice nature through the lens of interrelationships.
The journey is a walking meditation that pauses to observe and reflect on a curated selection of plants and animals in the garden. Enjoy the peaceful pathway in silence, reflect in a journal you provide, or share your thoughts aloud with friends and family. Afterward, enjoy a stroll through the gardens at your own pace or adjourn to your day. You’ll feel refreshed, balanced, and inspired by nature.
Recommended for ages 9 and up.
