Sculpt & Tone Yoga Pilates – With Dawn Thie

Wonder Gardens is closed until 10, please enter through the green gate left of the entrance building. Follow the path to the left winding past waterfalls, turtles, Lorikeets until you are greeted by the large open yoga lawn.

Every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Yoga Pilates is the perfect combination between strength and flexibility. This mat based class will include Pilates exercises and Yoga poses that lengthening and strengthening muscles and build strong core support. A full body, low-impact practice incorporating breath awareness to guide you deeper into the pose and move the energy body. We will use our own body’s resistance to build core centered strength and develop a more stable and supported spine. This class is a great compliment to any fitness practice or activity. Props are used to enhance the practice, if you have any please bring a mat, pilates ring, resistance band, and long band, and a 9mc Pilates ball.
