Yoga & Peacocks – Friday Mornings – with Kristin Catrabone

Wonder Gardens is closed until 10:00 but the main building will open at 8:45 for yoga students where the instructor will guide you to the Butterfly Green for class.

Every Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

This all levels gentle class focuses on blending slow, gentle movement and breath to cultivate mindfulness, posture alignment for long-term joint health, conscious engagement of muscles to increase strength, and holding poses to increase flexibility.  Join me in the heart of the Wonder Gardens, surrounded by the call of peacocks, the click clack of bamboo.  You find yourself relaxing and moving with such tremendous ease and peace in the beauty that is the Wonder Gardens.
