Wonder Walk Guided Tour Description

Join one of our guides on a fun, exploratory journey to meet and greet the local and exotic wildlife that have found a long-term nurturing home at Wonder Gardens. This 45-minute tour will introduce you to Wonder Gardens’ long and fascinating history as a welcome diversion along Old 41; connect you to some of our charismatic resident animals and breathtaking plants; deepen your understanding of the way animals, plants, and people relate, and inspire you to help make a WONDERful impact in the natural world.

Recommended for all ages.

Select Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10:00 am beginning Saturday, January 6.

$10 plus admission. Admission is sold separately online or in person at our Welcome Center.

Minimum of 2 people. Maximum of 10 people. Groups may be combined if not met maximum persons.

Tours may combine parties. For a private tour or groups of 10 or more, please contact education@wondergardens.org for pricing.
Weather notification: Wonder Gardens is primarily an outdoor venue. We recommend that participants dress for the weather, bring plenty of water to drink, and wear sunscreen and insect repellent. In the event of unsafe weather conditions such as lightning within a 5-mile radius, our policies require us to clear the park. Participants may shelter in the Welcome Center. For short-duration closures, programs may resume after the weather threat has passed. Longer-duration weather events will necessitate a cancellation and rescheduling.
Cancellation policy: We understand that weather, healthcare, staffing, and other responses or other unforeseen events may necessitate a cancellation by either party. Fees will be refunded to the customer if the customer cancels a minimum of 24 hours in advance or if Wonder Gardens cancels the program.
